All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During peak periods, such as holidays or major sales events, processing times may be extended. We will keep you informed of any delays.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers. Shipping costs vary based on your delivery location and package weight.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@thelluminayre.com.


Delivery Issues

Once your package has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered but missing.
